I was very disappointed that the wireless internet did not cover my room. Especially since they charge a very high price for it, and in the hotel description claim all room have wireless internet. When I pointed the error out to the staff they just had a snotty answer.

Good breakfast. plenty of parking with garage if required at extra cost. very good staff.
not so good location within a housing estate.our disabled person within the group found his room to far away from all facilities inc car park.Rooms tired and ready for refit.No tea/ coffee in rooms.Generally not up to scratch for a holiday accomadation. Breakfast too dear if just wanting small snack should be a choice with cost reductions.

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to the old town. Plenty of free parking. Our ground floor room had a pleasant outside seating area.
Room was on the small side and overall experience seemed more like a three star hotel.

The staffs are very friendly and really helpful. The location is a bit difficult I could not find the hotel even I used GPS. The room is clean. Recommend for the disabled guests too.
